Well unfortunatley the exhaust law did not pass. When the MSA magazine was printed they were told that it would get passed by the legislature with no problems. The way they were going to test them with a db meter held 4 feet about the exhaust with the throttle at around 4000rpm and it couldnt be over 88db. Hopefully it will get passed next year.
