As you will see in the pics their is no unwinding. I do understand the theory be hind braid take the stretch out of the rope that is why it is only on the ends. then i locked the ends is what is called the friendship not for no slipping then i left the middle with 4 strands to allow for the stretch effect.
You also be able to remove the drive belt and be able to left the sled as the same prince able as the straps movers use.
