I agree with mmrosshere. The full face moto-cross style helmet with goggles on a Quik-Strap has been the best for my son who wears glasses. I wear this as well and never have a problem. My wife doesn't wear glasses but she was wearing a helmet with a flip up visor and she had frost on her visor in 10 minutes. She has also switched to the moto helmet and goggles and will never go back to the visor.
As for the anti-fogs, I had good luck with Joy liquid dish detergent on my hockey helmet visor. And I smelled Lemony Fresh
