I bought my wife the 2006 M7 which also had the same problem. I also rode the 05 M7 and experienced the same thing. Dealer told me might be clutching but found out that thats just the way they are. They Bog on the bottom end. I've installed the aftermarket Air Intake kit from SLP I believe and also the screen kit that you put in the air box itself to let that thing breath. Noticable differance but not like you would expect from an EFI model. Kit in all ran about $65 to install yourself.
