I had that with my middle cylinder, dumped old fuel, and removed cleaned carbs. It still was there but only at ilde, I touched the plug boot and it was firing I let go and the miss reappeared, pulled bood apart and condensation had corroded terminal end screw that screws into the wire, cut back till no green was seen and replaced boot (new), All was well
