only use isopropyl as said, dont use alot, only enough for one tank of fuel when its full. i only use it when i think i may have a condensation issue, but a couple years ago i got a slug of water from a gas station and burned a motor down. in that perticular instance i dont think adding isopropyl to that tank would have saved my motor.
