Yes gas stations some times have alcohol blended fuel (MTBE or others). That does not change the fact that it causes you sled to run leaner. Alot of the newer EFI sleds have a switch or wire to connect or disconnect to tell the computer to change the fuel map to compensate for this. If you have carbs and run a 10% or more blend of alcohol regularly then you have to rejet. Check your owners manual (you know, the book that came with the sled that nobody ever reads) it has a section that covers this. Also never run heet, only ISO-Heet. The regurlar heet has methenol in it and can damage pump diaphrams. So use only an isopropal alcohol water remover.
