Could just be a simple choke issue. Prime it, fire it up, and pull the choke in and out, if the idle\engine sounds change then you know the choke is functioning. If not change is heard\seen then the cable might be out, plate might be stuck, etc. Hopefully it's just a simple choke issue. Glad to hear you got it running!
