the sled had bar risers from factory.. we had adjusted the throttle cables because they were set wrong by the previous owner.... the sled was doing this before we adjusted them tho. i took it for a ride today and if you pin the throttle it will rev up to about 4500 rpm and then bog down to about 3000 rpm and just sit there and smoke.
