Well put Steve.. Very well put. Temperature increases over the last 50 years have been directly consistent with increases in Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. As for what PolarisIndy500 was saying, I agree with you that the United States shouldnt' be the only country forced to help. However, as the world's most powerful country, what better place to start an example?> As far as greenhouse gas emissions per tonne goes, the United States is currently the world's worst emitter.

Believe me guys, I'm not someone who jumps at media reports, but the earth is getting warmer. It just really upsets me that if we wait too long, we might not see any good winters again in our lifetime...
