^ i dont think you should take what IRS to heart. im sure there was some sarcasm in what he was typing.
as for the weather trends.....from where i grew up as a young lad, to now, i can definately see that they do not get as much snow as we "used to" im not sure what the delta is for gains or loss. but it seems unseasonably warm, and in the last few years it has.
as for global warming, i think that the problem is with other countries. if the USA is doing everything we can to regulate emmissions and fossel fuel exhaust why arent other countries doing the same? if other countries are not willing to contribute equally then its like fighting a loosing battle. because no matter how hard we work to improve, there will be some third world country that will offest all the "good" we've done.
as for global warming, i dont believe it. i think the world is continually evolving and there is nothing we can do to change it.
