That's my practice as well!!
But, geez, ncorrieri, you were due to get busted if that's your usual M.O.!!
You can sorta' rationalize it by thinking of all the times you DIDN'T get busted!!
When driving alone or leading a pack, I use the 10% rule & so far, it has worked OK.
