rip off the seat, run only enough gas/oil/fluids you need for the day. every gallon is 8 lbs. you could drill some holes in the track, it would look like swiss cheese afterwards but will take a lot off. i wouldnt drill the track unless you are serious about mountain riding. holes will cause less flotation when you go slow but will be more than enough when moving.

another option is to put yourself on a diet
