On some of my older road bikes I was able to take it off the bars and stick it in the oven on warm aprox. 180*F for an afternoon that removed the condensate then I sealed as much as I could with silicon mix. If it is like those I've had with plastic lenses that have "yellowed" well Tough tougies. ya may have to live w/ it.
