no fuel or too much fuel

Pete:
Could be stuck or mal-adjusted fuel enrichment circuit (commonly referred to as the choke, but not technically a true choke), or a stuck or un seated float needle. Wildcat definately has separate oil lines to each cylinder. Like mmrosshere asked-is it straight oil or oil/fuel mix? Gas of course will evaporate off over time and leave oil. If it is mix- you are probably flooding due to needle not seating or fuel enrichment circuit staying open. If you are not getting gas, float needle may be stuck closed or carb is not getting gas delivered to the carb body. I think if the needle sticks open you will have gas running out of the carb thru those little breather hoses that stick out of it, but I am not 100% sure of that.
