Thats why i got back into dirt biking and sleding, my kids. My boy 9 helped me every step in rebuilding his yamaha yz80. Then we determined it was too much bike for him so we bought a honda xr80 (four stroke). then we bought my kx250 and completely rebuilt that one, together. We love working together.

My daughter 11 did the same thing with me on a honda 90 four wheeler. She doesnt like getting dirty as much as my boy but now she knows anyting can be fixed if you put you mind to it. best time ive ever spent with my kids and we have always spent a lot of time together. Just somthing about tearing into somthing that youve never worked on before and figureing out together what it needs to be reliable and fun. Love my toys but really love my kids. wife even joins in on the repairs occasionally. but the best fun is when we all go riding together. They will remember those times as the best in their life.
