Hey Guy, Glad to hear you found something your girl can dig...I have two 76 jags and have rebuilt them from the ground up. The carb rebuild is easy but watch out for the fuel pump and the carb flanges, both are prone to have vaccum leaks. If its hard to start after the rebuild, first thing to look for is the broken plastic cable end inside the choke lever box on the dash. If it's broken just turn the piece over, its the same on the opposite side. Good luck. M
