Question Replacing Track - what else should be done?

I recently was given a 1986 Safari 377 sled that needs a top end rebuild, which I am planning to do. It also needs a new track, which I am searching for. It is my first sled.

When I replace the track, what else should I be looking at replacing, bearings???

what else should I be concerned about?

The hood has some cracks, what is the best method to repair - West System fiberglass?

thanks

Matt
