Rebuilt break in time?

I just rebuilt my sled. New crank, bearings, pistons, rings gaskets, and seals. I got it all back togeather at the begining of the week. filled it up with 50.1 in the tank and let it warm up....checked to make sure it was using oil. let it run for about 20 minutes reving it slowly. then I took it for a 2 mile run about 30-40 mph. then took it back and checked to make sure it was using oil. I put about 15 miles on it lastnight and took it easy maybe 50 mph at the most. I let it cool off for about an hour and started it up and let it idle for a half hour or so and checked back every so often to make sure it was smoking good and reved it abit. I ran a tank of 50.1 mix gas in it. Just wondering what I should do next, if its ok to put some premium in it and rip it a little harder now or if I should still take it easy. Let me know.
